Posts can represent current, scheduled or past information. Community plans also provide timed publication controls.
What to do
- Set Show from when a Post should appear at a future Board-local time.
- Set an expiry when the notice will no longer be useful.
- Pin truly urgent notices or highlight something that deserves attention without making everything high priority.
- Use the Manage ordering controls for ordinary current Posts.
Good to know
- Expired Posts remain available in Manage but cannot be opened publicly.
- The Board timezone controls scheduling and should be checked before publishing timed information.
