An invitation gives your existing or new PutBoard identity a fixed role. It does not create a shared login or consume your Free Board creator entitlement.
What to do
- Open the invitation sent to the invited email address.
- Sign in if that address already belongs to a User, or create its login during acceptance.
- Verify the email when required and review the role before accepting.
- Open the destination PutBoard workspace.
Good to know
- Invitation tokens expire and are stored hashed. Ask the inviter to resend rather than forwarding an old link.
