Understand Account and Board roles

Roles are deliberately fixed so responsibility remains understandable across Accounts and Boards.

What to know

1. Primary Owner has full Account authority and remains responsible until ownership is transferred.
2. Owner manages Account access, Boards and plans; All-board Manager manages every Board without ownership authority; Billing Manager handles plan and billing access.
3. Board manager controls one Board; Content manager handles Pages, Posts, Events and Directory; Directory manager handles Directory entries only.
