- Use an Information Page for rules, guidance, contacts, documents and information that remains useful over time.
- Use a Post for an announcement, interruption, deadline or current update.
- Use an Event when the date, time or location is the main information.
Good to know
- A Page can be promoted into an independent Post when stable information also needs temporary attention.
- Do not duplicate the same information in several places unless each copy has a distinct job.
