Publish and feature Directory entries

Understand plan availability, ordering and the main Board’s featured resources.

Directory data can be prepared on Free, while public Directory publication requires Community or Community Plus.

What to do

  1. Create and maintain entries in Manage.
  2. On an entitled Board, publish the Directory and order entries for useful browsing.
  3. Feature up to nine especially useful resources on the main Board.
  4. Choose featured entries for frequent action, not as paid promotion.

Good to know

  • Downgrading to Free preserves Directory data but removes it from public view until entitlement returns.
