Understand Accounts and Boards

Know the difference between the ownership container and the public product.

An Account represents the responsible organisation and future billing relationship. A Board is the public product, tenancy and plan unit.

What to know

  1. Use the Owner Centre for organisation details, ownership, Account access, plans and support.
  2. Use each Board’s Manage area for its content, managers, appearance, access and Insights.
  3. Expect multi-Board and multi-Account navigation only when your access makes it relevant.

Good to know

  • Every Board-owned record and query remains scoped to that Board.
