Choose a plan for the Board’s required capabilities, not for generic software expectations or the number of viewers.
What to do
- Choose Free for core public information managed by the Primary Owner.
- Choose Community for shared management, protected access, Directory publication, timed content or advanced Insights.
- Choose Community Plus when the community also needs its own domain, custom visual identity or no customer-facing manager limit.
- Review the Board’s current tier in the Owner Centre.
