The first Board can use paid-plan features for 30 days without a card.
What to do
- Select Community or Community Plus during Board creation.
- Verify the creator’s email; that is when the trial begins.
- Use the Owner Centre to review the trial tier and end date.
- Account Owners and Billing Managers receive reminders 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the trial ends.
- At expiry, the Board returns to Free unless an active paid or complimentary entitlement applies.
Good to know
- The first Board’s trial creates no subscription and cannot charge automatically.
- An additional Board requires a payment method and bills automatically after its trial unless cancelled.
- A warning appears in Manage during the final seven days; it never appears publicly.
- Trial expiry preserves content and configuration.
