What to know
- Choose Open when the Board should work like a freely viewable website.
- Choose password protection when information is intended only for residents, members or families.
- Share the Board address—and password when applicable—through an appropriate trusted channel.
Good to know
- Password protection requires Community or Community Plus.
- Do not use a shared Board password as protection for highly sensitive personal, financial, medical or safeguarding records.
