The shared password controls viewing only. Managers still sign in with their individual PutBoard identities.
What to do
- Open Board access in Settings.
- Choose password protection and create a password suitable for sharing with the intended community.
- Save, then test the Board in a signed-out browser.
- Distribute a changed password through a trusted channel.
Good to know
- Changing the password signs future visitors in with the new value; previously shared values should be treated as retired.
- If protected access loses entitlement, PutBoard fails closed rather than exposing the Board publicly.
