What to know
- Open Insights in Manage to review the activity summary available to the Board’s plan.
- Look for useful patterns in views, searches, attachment opens and Directory actions.
- Use the evidence to clarify, update or publish information—not to maximise time spent on the Board.

- Free provides a basic summary. Community and Community Plus provide advanced detail and CSV export.
