- Visitors can search published Pages, current Posts, published Events and entitled Directory entries.
- PutBoard also performs best-effort search across extracted text from supported documents.
- Scheduled and expired Posts, drafts, hidden sections and content from other Boards remain excluded.

- Search is Board-scoped: a visitor cannot use one Board’s search to discover another Board’s content.
