A Board has two clear sides. Manage is the signed-in workspace for trusted people; the public Board is the simple information experience visitors use.
What to know
- Use Manage to create Posts, Information Pages, Events and Directory entries.
- Use View board to check the same information as a visitor.
- Return to Manage to change order, visibility, access, profile and appearance settings.
Good to know
- Public viewers normally need no account.
- A password-protected Board still has a public viewing experience, but visitors must enter the shared password first.
