PutBoard provides controlled download, inline and preview routes according to the file and content presentation.
What to do
- Create or edit the Page, Post or Event that should explain the file.
- Choose the appropriate attachment or presentation field and select a supported file.
- Save and allow any preview or text-extraction processing to complete.
- Open the public item and test the preview and download as a visitor.
Good to know
- A preview is best effort; the original download remains the authoritative customer file.
- Never upload passwords, credentials or records that should not be shared with the Board’s viewers.
